How long do you hold onto samples after the testing has completed?
We store Client samples for 14 days from the date the test was performed.
Please note: If your sample container is not resealable, we will not be able to retain these samples following testing due to the risk of contamination.
Do you return samples?
No. After completion of the Services, Botanacor is authorized to destroy or otherwise dispose of the Samples.
